I can't login
It's most likely that you are not putting in your correct details. To double check, go into login on the top menu and then click 'forgotten username/password' and put in your email address and we will send you a reminder to that email.

I can't download the letters/documents
Have you looked in your download file? Some browsers send them there and people can't find them.
Have your tried a different browser? What happens when you try to download? Do you get an error message, if so, what is it?

I can't open the letters/documents
If you are using Microsoft Works, then I'm sorry we don't support any longer, as it is soon to be discontinued, however if you download Open Office, you will have a far better office suite, for FREE! and you will be able to open all our documents ok.
It is open source and can be downloaded here http://www.openoffice.org/download/
If you get the error message:
This page contains the following errors: error on line 7 at column 20: AttValue: " or ' expected
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
Then, you are probably using a Macbook Pro?
Open Finder and look in your download folder and see if anything has downloaded, and if so, open them from there. You can open them in with the textedit or download Libre Office which is the open office version for Mac which is free of charge.

Do you cover my country
We cover the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. At the top of the page on the right you will see a row of little flags and the words logged into... You should see your flag larger than the rest (if you are in one of the seven countries which are covered) and logged into 'your country'. If not, click on your flag and all the documents will have your country's statute laws in them.
