The law is absolutely clear on this subject

Postby iwanttolearn » Tue Aug 21, 2012 12:26 pm

The law is absolutely clear on this subject. There is NO authority for
administrative courts in this country and no Act can be passed to legitimise them

Can someone please help me on this, i have tried searching for this quote only to be taken to freeman on the land websites, blogs etc... can anyone send a link to a website of government or any law site that also states this.
CEYLON CALLS ME A SHILL SO YOU ALL CAN SEE ME, I CALL CEYLON A DREAMER WHO THINKS HE'S JESUS
PEACE AND LOVE YALL

thats from a volume of halsbury, have forgotten which one, but it doesn't work like that. (not sure if it's a book of authority)

if you want to get rid of administrative courts you need to be the in the office of executor, of office of man, or general office of executor of the Estate.

so they can't move into administration as they have no power to.

and the people dealing with that are david clarence and tami pepperman.

for david clarence look at archive.org and look for david clarence / county notary
most of tamis videos can be found in the forum but also look at myprivateaudio.com under special guests, she has a page there with links.

don't waste your time using halsbury as it has been tried and done and till this day i don't recall anyone having success using that for anything. i forgot if it was Guy Taylor that used that quote, which while it looks good and is probably correct, it won't sit with them.... i don't remember who used it even though it is a nice find.

david clarence is good for the basics and a whole heap of other interesting pieces and tami mentions the archbishop of canterbury, you may need to correct any postal addresses prior and have it established so as to get out of the occupier position in the military. i.e. minor outlying islands

post restante might be useful also

thats a lot of reserach
