3 no its a private trust you dont have to prove anything they do

So I don't have to publicise the trust anywhere then?

I get how to create the document etc...., but I thought I may have to publish my intentions as a matter for public record.

I suspect that they will do what they like even though they will be acting criminally.
I had a carry on getting a scooter returned with letters and affidavits etc. got it back free of charge eventually.
my belief is they can crush cars etc because they own them by vitue of the car being 'registered' with them. You are just licensed to operate it( if you behave yourself)

do i have to put my first name on the V5 then trust(smith) in the surname box and do i sign it? and also what if one of those ANPR vans driving around spots my number plate and clamps me ? need my van for work daily, sorry for being thick just want to get it right

I have completed filling the application form for setting up a family trust. do I need to register it with the co-operative trade network.
once my wife and I placed our autographs onto the document. Can any please give me advise on what to do next. I would appreciate if some one can point me in the right direction!
