Live in a block of flats so any denial of access would be taken down, but will send them a copy along with a fee schedule.

Recieved a letter from Bristow & Sutor after sendingthem a denial of access.
In short. It said. We note your refusal of access.
The council have other options available to them

including applying for your committal to prison

making you bankrupt
attaching of earnings

Then it says before we return this case to the council to consider its options. Would you like to contact us to make a payment plan.
Hahahaha

Correct, they have no power. I Had them at my door with something called a charge for payment for around £1500 back in September last year giving me 10 days to pay . I told them to fuck off took a copy r4c'd it and went to the cops and told the cops to tell them not to darken my door, the cop agreed it wasn't a court document. No seal or signature. Haven't seen them since.
History will be kind to me for I intend to write it !
