I just met a lady at work who I was telling about denial of access etc...the thing is she has been ordered to pay £5.50 a week by magistrates court so I suppose it's gone too far.
She understands it's tricky but she might be up for no longer paying it and telling anyone that comes calling to get lost.
What's the best course of action - just quit paying and wait till they pass it on to bailiffs/DCA and then send denial of access + 3 letters?
The people chasing this will be commercial not court appointed etc right?

if its been to court she needs to pay it until renewal comes up or the court can send court bailiffs round who do have some powers
