---------------------------------------

had a few chats today with hmrc, got a few things out of them,

any letters sent to them usually although they collect them bulk when they arrive, it takes them up to 4 weeks to collect the letters and a further week to open them, unbelievable.

-----------------------

also i am looking for a Mrs Graham, if anyone know of her whereabouts it would be greatly appreciated.
If you have too received a leter from a MRs C Graham, do call up and ask her for her direct line.

Her office name is called
Debt Management and Banking, so i'm assuming NI is a bank account...

she is wanted for not responding to letters she receives even though shes very good at sending letters out in a timely fashion
she never signs her letters,

but worse of all when speaking to these people on the phone, and you ask them does mrs C Graham exist, one guy has admitted that he doesn't know if she exists and refuses to get me her direct number.
on this basis alone for him to admit that he doesn't know if she exists is well not worrying, just hilarious that someone in hmrc admits that it's possible that they send out letters from aliases, and then he put the phone down quick smart.

Also asked why Mrs C Graham never signs her letters and was unsure as to whether or not MRs C Graham actually exists
another told me that some letters they sign and others they don't, so i said is that because it might make them liable?
they don't like that at all.

another point i made was to ask them what service they actually provide to the public as I couldn't identify the actual service they provided. (everyone should ask them this and get more of them to question the system from inside)
One guy was told that all he does is assist in theft and doesn't actually do anything other than aid thieves.

again no one could tell me where the money from NI is coming from, someone made assumptions, but quickly changed his tune when he realised he was just making it up as he went.

some of these departments also avoid or don't seem to know who insures them....

some have said it's just a job they do..... and wouldn't comment on theft being the only service the operate in.

a few beings put the phone down on me, in total 4 calls to gov departments.

ask them for their NI numbers and names etc.

if you get letters from Mrs C Graham
put the number above everywhere you can, send them letters get them to think,
send letters to them to osborne, send letters to them all over the place and get them to start talking.

send letters without stamps if need be, let them foot the bill

[/size]they're not answering the questions,

so I've resorted to asking the question on the envelopes i'm sending cos the question is not being answered have also been sending a few letters alongside without stamps to different offices to make sure someone answers the question and they've not said anything, about the postage.

identify to me who is the Principal to who you collect the tax for.

update on mrs graham,

an andy white started writing a few weeks ago, not answering the questions put forward, will post soon what he wrote.

as a result i had also resorted to writing my main question on the front of the envelopes i send in red, one letter i send recorded delivery

the others i send without postage to various hmrc addresses, and at various times after that.

not once have they ever mentioned that i have not paid postage on my envelopes to them. sent more than 15 letters like this without postage to as many addresses as i can find

their debt collector has also recently gone quiet.

andy whites response, see how he avoids using the word Principal which is clearly in the first letter and all subsequent letters.

this is the most recent one received, this one reckons the letter from march they don't have on their system so he can't answer the questions i asked,

thing is the questions are repeated in every correspondence, how is it that he can't see the questions on the letter he responded to?

i think i repeat posted one doc, just realised
