to my case it has never ended in court, but educate yourself and arm your self as they do alter things to there advantage all the time there are lots of sites if you want i will tell you where to research, but you need to know what you are doing, sorry if it sounds the wrong way round but everything is the wrong way round, when you get this it will become simple, but they dont want that, they want you to do what they say.

in my experiance no, remember it's just a game and when they realise you know the rules the scurry away and pick on peopel with less info.
