Wonga Loan

Postby freemanontheland » Wed Jul 04, 2012 1:15 pm

I have previously taken out loans with wonga 2 that i have paid back on time in the past because i was able to. Now im on my 3rd and have found my self in a bit of a pickle as i am unable to pay this one and they should have been paid back about 5 days ago so now i am currently receiving texts instructing me to pay adding on interested etc so right now im ready to have fun. But I would like any advice or information from any one whom has had experience and come out the other side alright as for loans are new to me. I have dealt A4V's, I have experienced going into a court room and asserting my God given rights infront of a Magistrates and having the whole case quashed under common law. But I've never dealt with a loan so i wouldn't know what to expect other then a bailiffs letter at some stage ? so any help or guidance would be very much appreciated :)

Hi Rescue1966

Sorry for the delay in response my internet service has been down for a while. Correct I have sent letter one via recorded delivery, Although I am still receiving text messages, phone calls and letters requesting payment. So I intend on re-drafting letter two and see what out come I get from that. Just a heads up don't download the templates and send them off, edit them to your own wording and if you intend on keeping the maxims at the top under the header... again change it to your own wording. I have recently sent off an A4V along with a notice that my partner had typed out her self word for word but had extracted the maxim from the notice template and sent it off to A HMRC and our reply back from them was " This document has no legal merit we are aware that the content from this notice has been extracted from templates online via websites www.FMOLT.com and www.Lawfulrebellion.org" (I have made a short and sharp reply back to today)
