Actually there was no postmark or stamp or no franking mark on the envelope, so i can say it was hand delivered, just checked the envelope.

Insist on a full name, cos they like to call themselves Mr This or Mrs That. Get them to write it down.

Have you considered settling anything of value - car, computer equipement etc into a private trust?? Bailiffs are cunning lying bastards at the best of times, it pays to stay one step ahead.

For mag court fines, there is a clause where they can call a locksmith and break in. This is highly unlikely and I do not wish to be the harbinger of doom but I was unlucky and they called the locksmith and 5 armed police. I can laugh about it now and remedy will come when the time's right .... I'm too busy enjoying my life to go down that road at the moment! But if I had settled property into trust before that incident I might have been able to prevent some serious stress and hassle.

Thanks KittieBell, can you put some light on this personal trust you speak of, ive seen several mentions of trusts before somewhere on here but never looked into it further.
So you say the locksmith was called and 5 armed police :o ...was this because it invovled domestic violence???
The reason they chase me is for an upaid parking ticket, which i never accepted their invitation to go discuss it with them.

I think it was for speeding or no seatbelt!!!! can't remember as there were two lots of bailiffs after two different fines.

There was no domestic violence they just got really nasty.

There are some templates on here and on freetheplanet regarding trusts. You need a couple of 'trustworthy' (!) friends willing to act as trustees. Basically the trust separates legal and beneficial ownership - you settle the legal title to your posessions/car/equity in your property if you have a mortgage etc etc into the Mass666 family (or personal private) trust - This means you are no longer the legal owner your stuff but you are a beneficial owner - you have (and your family if its a family trust) beneficial use of your stuff. You become the grantor or settlor, you can be one of the trustees and you can be a beneficiary, but not the soul beneficiary.

On current update as from today i have been posted a "PRE-REMOVAL NOTICE".
it goes on to say..." your account will shortly be issued to our removal bailiffs for IMMEDIATE execution by the way of seizure ans sale of your goods to clear the arrears to have failed to pay.
If we remove your vehicle you will be liable for additional costs of £200 plus a fee we make up and random for daily storage costs."

Ok thats where we stand at the moment on this...any thoughts?
