I am issuing Stat. Demand (Insolvency Act)

Folks, tomorrow I will be issuing a Statutary Demand under The Insolvency Act to a private bailiff co. for not paying my invoices...currently £1750.00 (as per my fee schedule)...now, I know they can apply to have it set-aside...but before I do it...can anyone see any problems I might run into...all view are very welcome....thanks!...

Ceylon....well, served personally by me this morning at their offices...even got a signature for reciept of service of legal process off a desk chappy (not that it matters, served is served, I,ve done the Affidavit of service at a local solicitors office...best £10 i,ve spent in ages) [that went against the grain a bit, but trying to keep it correct]...they have 21 days to do something about it, apply to set-aside, pay or counter claim...counter claim simply is not possible..to set aside they have to inform the court (and me) why....a friend of mine took pictures of the Stat. Demand being served (and some of outside their offices)...I,ll post them soon, we have to get a little thingy to transfer from his camera to my laptop....so all in all, I,ll feel somewhat empowered...can,t wait for the reply...after the time period, I can if I choose issue a Bankruptcy Petition (that costs?)....anyway..I will keep everyone updated!
