It appears their website is toast: http://www.creation.co.uk/

Have a look at this: http://www.complaint-shop.co.uk/Sygma.htm. Give them a call and check. Ask them who is their CEO and what the address is of their Registered Office.

Hi, no unfortunately I didn't, but as always try ended up sending it to a DCA, so I sent letter 1 and the sent me a load of statements etc, then started contacting me sayin that they have done as I requested, although they hadn't and now required payment, then all of a sudden, after no more letters from me, they wrote saying they're taking a commercial view of the matter and as a gesture they will write it off, but reserve the right to re-open the account. So best to wait for DCA correspondence I find, just a lot simpler to do, good luck

I have a flybe card and I've been doing some reserach and I think I'll be sending my letter to Stephen Hunt who is the CEO of LaSer UK who manage Sygma bank. See below which is from http://www.laseruk.com/news-item/82/las ... -2013.html

"LaSer UK is part of the LaSer Group, jointly owned by BNP Paribas, the global retail and investment bank, and Galeries Lafayette, Europe’s leading retailer. From its Solihull office, LaSer UK provides a range of credit and loyalty services, including credit cards, store cards, loyalty programmes and fixed term credit products. LaSer UK operates under the Creation Financial Services, Creation Consumer Finance and Sygma Bank UK brands, providing credit to customers through credit cards and loans."

address is here:
SYGMA BANK UK
Chadwick House
Blenheim Court
