Capital One CEO question

It turns out the CEO capital one resides in virginia usa. Do I send my letter there? Or do i send it to him at the UK head office and write Mr. Richard D. Fairbank
President & CEO
c/o Capital One Services Inc,
etc, Nottingham etc
Or do i just address it to their UK managing director or CFO (chief financial officer)? Or does it matter at all? Of course I'll be copying the letter to the collections dept anyway and it's they that are likely to respond to it.

like i say send it to who ever sent u the paper.
i have sent loads of them and the being who sent it you is the first port of call, but watch sometimes they switch being half way through i'm not sure if it makes a difference but thats what i'm finding at the moment so allways check anything they send you especially who it is from.
