"I write in reponse to your letter dated 31 January to Eric Daniels.
As my colleague xxxx xxx has previously mentioned in his letter dated 28 January, I am advised by our legal department that, under English

Ha ha, ive just noticed this - Our reference: FREEFRM/BBD
Goodness me, to you think that reference refers to this honourable site
Couple more things-sent 2 days before was a second formal demand signed by yet another "relationship manager".
Also, all of this correspondence has been sent to an old address vacated in June last year.
It is my intention to return all this correspondence "Not at this Address - Return to Sender" after copying. Do you think this is the most sensible move?
The twunts have been advised 3 times now of new address (statements and first formal demand are sent there) and i also got today a letter thanking me for
the new forwarding address (a c/o po box as i live in a van and am no fixed abode) but they couldnt action it as the sig didnt match and would i go into a branch with suitable id to confirm and sign! He he, what a bunch of jesters! The best bit is that this letter WAS sent to the c/o po box.
If they ever do send anything apart from this to the new address its all going back NCRTS but for the moment i feel "Not at this address-RTS" is ok.
Any thoughts?
Im getting into this now and the posts on this site have given me confidence, so thanks again all you good folk
