They didnt even have the decency to sign or say who it was from so have just addressed it to interloper. Their London street address is Tessera Credit Services and i have an inkling they may be part of LTSB perhaps. Have sent the letter to this address and CC to the po box in Southend. Theyve been annoying me with phone calls that are automated but two days ago i got a human and wouldnt let him speak after he said "is that Mr etc". I just read out to him the various Acts he could be in breach of. He kept trying to interject with "but im only tryingto find out if thats Mr etc". I didnt confirm anything to him.
I forgot, Rockwell is a trading name of Tessera.

Letter 2 went off to Rockwell at the weekend and have just done letter 3 ready to send on 21st. Had a letter off them today but it was postmarked the same day as my letter1...outlining the "action they may consider taking"

Sorry, have only just seen this! I got Rockwell in a tacit a while back and have billed them 4 times. Since bill#1 theyve been returning them with a compliment slip saying they will not pay them. Ive just been returning them back with no further letter. They must be getting sick of it by the tone of the writing on the slip. Any other correspondence i get from them (not much now) is NCRTS'd.
Thats it so far; LTSB were the 1st ones i began the process with (about a year ago now) but so far Rockwell are the only DCA theyve used/sold on to.

Just a quick update: Rockwell have disappeared and all went quiet for a while. A couple of weeks ago i had a standard letter from Westcot.
I dont do the 3 letters anymore with DCa's, I use Ceylons "1letter method" instead. Because i was in a grumpy mood when i got Westcot's letter I upped the Fee schedule to that shown in Ceylons letter to £5,000 per contact. I havent heard again from them but im sure i will. Its getting on for 16 months now when i first engaged LTSB in guerrila warfare, lol, and so far nothing of substance has happened.
Thats it so far!
I recently got up the bottle to engage the last alleged debt, with Barclaycard and so far i seem to have despatched Mercers with Ceylons "1 letter" method.
As always, thanks to Ceylon and power to all on GOODF :D
