Well this has been going on since beginning of the year Jason. Expect a lot of phone calls! After the first call I have never answered one since, mine flashes up the number so I know it's them. If it goes like mine did they will probably not even respond until after they have received all three letters and then it will be the usual CCA stuff.

Well seems like they have no CCA Agreement, clearly no Contract, goodbye MBNA you have no case, no provision of what I requested and YOUR TOOLS to get a Remedy which is neither lawful nor being taken up by this callsign, been there done that, YAWN!

forgot to add that MBNA have been on the phone several times this week I think they are getting desperate as their latest deadline they gave me is about to expire. Anyway they even phoned my mobile which they have never been given the number for so i'm wondering how they got it. Doesn't really bother me I never answer anyway.
