I've not invoiced them yet, but have sent them a warning letter to that effect.
Next round is invoicing, for some reason I've put it off [not having a printer didn't help]

But just now, I've had an email titled ;

What should I do with this? Ignore it?
It doesn't actually specify emails [nor texts, as it goes...] in the schedule,...and whay are BankOfAmerica wading in now?

your thoughts are most welcome.... ...

Well the only response they have had from me was either the next letter or an invoice. They have been told how i wished to be contacted and that's that. You can see the sort of underhand tactics they will use so if it was me i'd just ignore their email and i'd also get an invoice off to them.

Only a short letter from them so thought i'd type it

Thanks for recent correspondence etc.
Due to outstanding arrears your account has now defaulted and may be sold to a vendor in due course.
In the meantime you must continue to make payments to MBNA, and as a goodwill gesture we have suppressed all interest and charges on your account so any payments received will reduce your outstanding balance. :lol:

Your account defaulted on blah blah
