MBNA c/c

Postby I am B » Mon May 23, 2011 8:50 pm

Forgot to post this, but started the 3 letters with MBNA a couple of weeks ago. Letter 2 goes off tomorrow. I did have a letter from them dated a couple of days before i posted letter 1 informing me they will sell the debt to a collection agency if i dont pay up. Thats very nice of them. When it gets to the stage of billing MBNA (as it surely will) i plan on informing them that i will sell the debt they owe me to a debt collection agency. Any takers i wonder?

Got the bog standard reply to letter 1 from MBNA quoting US legislation and only CCA applies etc. I sent them letter 3 a few days ago so now have them in a tacit. It was signed by the very nice person MBNA EBL

Letter 3 went off to MBNA on 31 May. I just got my mail and in it are 2 letters from MBNA dated 1 June. Letter 3 obviously crossed with these so was wondering if i should bill them or not as in a few days i can send an estoppel anyway unless of course they respond to letter 3 which they havent yet.
Any thoughts on whether i should bill or not? Im inclined not to but to NCRTS both letters. Thanks for any thoughts :)
