I think what they do is talk very black & white about the alleged agreement/contract - I like to remind them that this is misleading as they haven't proved the existence of one! (Wescot have gone very quiet since I told them that it was also potentially fraudulent)..

a bill not an invoice, ok thanks so much, I am slowly learning. I have also found you need stamps and thumbprints 2 on the front and one on the back.

could anyone advise me, if I have a phone call asking for Mr, and/or my copyright/trademarked strawman can I bill them for breaking the agreement?

I am 'Holder In Due Course' of two Notarised 'Commercial Liens' against MBNA (Europe) Bank Limited. I have claimed Acquiescence By Estoppel on both.
I am in my seventies and I live in Portugal. I have tried to get a number of solicitors, and others, to register the debts in an English court but, to date, I have not had any success. I wondered if there was anyone in this organisation who would/could get the liens recorded in an English court for me? For a fee of course.
