Hi All,
I recently got a letter from MBNA with Notice of sums in arrears. What does this actually mean? I have already been to a debt management company who negotiated my payments and also got my interest frozen. (This was before I knew about these remedies I can use). Anyway, should I send out the 3 step process letter or not? This is a notice of sums in arrears never seen that before.
Can someone advise me.
