banks selling my debt

hi there can you let me no please if the bank has sold my debt on to debt collecters , can the bank come after me if i dont pay the debt collecters . what im trying to say is ive payed my credit card for the last three years on time not missed a month but for only 50 pound a month when it should of been alot more as i owed 13000 pound , now the debt has risen to 15000 and i cant afford nothing as my life has got worse. finanace wise , the debt collecters have written to me called me lots of times and ive never delt with them what so ever they have also been round my house but have not anwered the door so ive never had any contact with them i always paid the bank so can i send the letter out now to the debt collecters to stop all of this. will the bank decide to chase me thanks for the help kind regards karon

if they have sold it no but they may just have them acting on there behalf
yes start with the bank letters plus put up a denial of access and send a copy to the debt collector this will stop them from coming to your house or if they do listen to this and here is a copy of the denial

hi ceylon thanks again for all that info, tonight the robinson way called me ,i wish i could of taped my call you would of loved it i had my note pad ready, told them to wait, then asked them all the questions ie name ,middles name ,manager name , i realy sounded good,(i thought anyway),and you no what the best bit was, when they asked me who i was and i said that for security reasons i wont disclose details and they are to put it in writing do you no how great that felt.... i was nervous having said this but it just came from no where cant belive ive done it , i think im going to start to get my head round all this, ive been looking at this site again all day today im looking forward to my next call will keep you posted in what im doing, i sent my first letter off today to robinson way ive got three more to do different companys different letters just done the option 2 first now i must do the stamp one but ill get there thankyou again karon xxx

HI CEYLON just to give you an update Robing bar----ards (ROBINSON WAY ) WROTE TO ME AFTER THE 1ST LETTER AND THEY SENT THIS,,,,,, OUR CLIENT HAS AUTHORISED US TO RECOVER THE FULL AMOUNT YOU OWE ,,,,, AND THEN ALL THE REST,,, SHALL I JUST SEND THE SECOND LETTER OFF ? WHAT MADE ME LAUGH IS THAT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE THEY SAY EMAIL THEM AT WWW.ROBWAY SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT . ALSO MY PHONE CALLS HAVE DIED DOWN ABIT FROM ARDEM (MBNA) IM SURE THATS ONLY UNTILL THEY RELIZE IM NOT GOING TO PAY NOW , GOT ALL MY LETTERS READY TO GO THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP ITS GREAT IM SPREADING THE NEWS ABOUT THIS ALL TO MY FRIENDS DRIVING THEM ALL NUTS AND HAVING A LITTLE MEET WITH THEM TO EXPLAIN WHAT IM DOING AS THEY ARE IN THE SAME BOAT HOPEFULLY THEY WILL JOIN THIS SITE , I SAID THAT YOU WILL WHEN THEY GET THE BUG ABOUT ALL OF THIS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK XXX
