My Barclays Overdraft Story

Hi So got my first letter regarding my overdraft payments not being made with Barclays, but the letter has come from CDCS,

my question is, regarding starting the letter process, i understand I send Letter 1 to the CEO of Barclays and CC CDCS, but CDCS is in Manchester, so do i send a letter to them as well, or just stick their copy in the letter to Barclays??

no you need to send a bank letter to the bank and a debt letter to the debt collector

I had already sent the bank letter to the bank and cc'd a copy to CDCS, so i will send a DC letter to CDCS as well after the weekend and start the process with them, got a little trigger happy with the letters and thought they were just their collections department!!

That should get me back on track then.

CDCS are Barclays, I had them on the phone the other week and completely ripped the guy to pieces
