Getting started

Postby Richard22 » Sat Jun 09, 2012 4:23 pm

I have a loan and overdraft with nat West that, combined, come to over 10,000.If I stop paying will they treat them as separate debts? How do I start? Do I use the copyright letters? Do I ignore the bank's attempts to contact me and wait for the debt collectors correspondence. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Thanks ceylon. My partner is a little worried about how it might affect our credit rating as we may need a loan or mortgage in the future. Will it be a problem?
