Leasing company loan here we go

Hi All
What a refreshing site, sick and tierd of the unjust system, lets keep it up.
Advice needed pls
Had a franchise buisness which has since been liquidated. We owe funds out to to one bank, and two other leasing companies, have paid alot of the monies off in all parties, cant and dont want to do it no more, being hounded by one company at the moment, i am not imtimidated by them, (in fact they do not want to speak to me). I do have a asset that is being sold, for the secured debt but do not wish to share the rest of my familys destiny with them.
I am about to donate and do the three letter process, from the loan of roughly £ 12 grand there is 5 left in both of the leasing companies. All three are unsecured.

(NW BANK is where one of the loans are, considering that we took out the loan during this latset criminal activty 2008/9 i would say it played a contribution to the closure of the buisness, i would also say that loan we have now seems to of been done on dubious methods, surely in right mind of thinking they should be giving us compensation, never mind paying them anything, if only

I tend to keep things simple and follow the 3 letter process...that way it,s easier to keep track of what's occuring (unsecured? result!)...it's long winded, mostly on their part, but if you follow exactly the route, YOU will know where you are and that's what matters! Good luck! Enjoy the fun and the sense of freedom it brings!
