morning people...

it sure makes me feel better to know that someone owes mr barclay more than i do lol, i guess there are many more out there and some are even paying the shiteheads...

i've been tidying up my paperwork this morning and i can finally send the estoppel to barclaycard...

i've realised that i've only sent the 3 letters to mercers and calder...

1) can anyone advise as to whether i should still send them the estoppel?

i haven't heard a thing from them for ages so i promptly forgot about them...

so now i have credit solutions on my case...i sent them the 1st letter the other day and then yesterday i received a letter from power to contact who are based at the same address as credit solutions, saying that they are now going to call at my door between 9am and 8pm, at least that's a bit kinder than there phone call hours lol...

2) what should i do about this lot? do i start the 3 letters with them too?

i like the way the true to confuse and scare you...if i didn't have you guys i'd be running or burying my head...

thanks in advance...x

hey stoneybroke...i've been sitting at my comp waiting for a reply lol whilst trawling through the forum for help and answers...i will deffo send mercers and calder the estoppel today then...i have already compiled the first letter to power2contact by ways of the dc templates on here, although i was really tempted to copy zacchangs funny one but thought it would be better accepted if it were more serious...freeman pauls one was the nuts but i didn't feel that all of it pertained to me as i am not quite a freeman yet...thank you so much for you help today...frarnie...x

i just read through the goodf first letter to debt collectors template and it doesn't mention anything about visiting my home, which is what they say they intend to do...i am shifting towards sending something diferent...does this look ok? i copied a paragraph of pauls and added it to existing template...

Frarnie if you send a denial of implied rights of access notice in with the first letter then they have been warned in advance of their visit. If they still visit then they have agreed to pay you for£5,000.00 (whatever you tell them its gonna cost. You kill two birds with one stone and one lot of postage, one visit to the PO
However you seem to have done a pretty good job on your own.
Nice one.
