Hi Frarnie, Your doing good so far, always remember keep it as simple as possible, that way you never forget to finish the process, sending the denial of implied rights of access with the first letter puts it in place from the start, one less thing to think about, we are all learning together and our shared knowledge only makes us stronger. take care :D

You are welcome Frarnie, I work on the one hundred monkey principle and the pay it forward principle, I like many on this site am trying to educate others, as many as will listen, as I break the shackles and see through the deception I too (in the words of V for Vendetta) want others to see what I see, to feel what I feel, to know that something is very wrong in our world. Anything I can do to help rebalance the world will be worth whatever it takes to do.

Best regards from Dave x

maybe its to cover all eventualities, for instance if you have a loan with BarclayCard you would send a bank letter yes? well where did Barclaycard (Credit Card get its line of credit from? Barclays Bank PLC?, another Bank above Barclaycard. Just a thought.

another thing I like to put at the end of my letters etc is three dots (...) This is a means of saying I can add or subtract anything, at any time now or in the future to this document and they can still be used if I wish to enter them at a later date, a modern term equivalent for this is 'Errors and omissions excepted'. I prefer the three dots ... but Being an Ex Signal Man in the RAF I guess I would love my Hash - and my dots, ooh I love hash! lol

Yes you can bill them as soon as they have had the three letters. this creates the tacit agreement. Only send estoppel after 30 days of no cintact from them.
