1st letter to direct legal, response from hillesden securiti

hi, i sent a request to direct legal for a copy of the cca ( sept 2011 ) ( standard letter 1 ) from my egg account, i received a letter from direct legal stating that they would request the information from egg and contact me when they had, decemember 2011 i sent the second letter ( standard letter 2 ) to direct legal as still had recieved no reply, 9th january 2012 , letter recieved from hillesden securites dated 22nd december enclosing a copy of a letter that they had apparently sent on 13th october 2011, both letters had my previous address on the top although direct legal letter had new address ( 2 and half years ) and obviously letters i have sent to them have had new address on. the letter from hillesden states that i should send a £1 postal order to egg requesting the cca , help what do i do as i have read on some of these forums not to send the postal order as i will be entering a contract with egg, any advice would be gratefully recieved , thank you

send letter 3 or bill them if you have already sent it. if hillsdens are new start the process with them or not recognised return to sender

thank you for that ceylon but could you advise do i send the letter to direct legal as this is who i have sent the previous 2 letters to , or do i now send them to hillesden or egg .... i am seriously confused l.o.l , any advice is gratefully appreciated

sorry ceylon should have askedyou, do u mean to return the hillesden letters to them as direct legal are the company that i was paying , i have looked up on the internet and these 3 companies seemed to be the same , im now wondering if these are all stalling tactics , again, any help will be much appreciated

send to who you have been always complete with who you start and styart or not recognised return to sender the new lot

If you have been doing the letters on here they are Not a CCA Request - this is one of their tricks, to try & pretend it is when they write back.
