I was curious about the legality of the Red Debt Collection people obtaining my credit file, anyone have any info on that? - will google it now.

EDIT:: The one 'mistake' I made was not including the company names in the address (i.e lowell portfolio/red debt) instead just the building address, as its all under one roof, hopefully thats good enough.

The main thing is they get it. I've put the wrong building name etc lol. The first one is out. Once the fear has gone which is what they prey on youll feel better and will get the hang of stuff.

Back again...

Just browsing the internet and compiling a list of people who work at lowell and their positions etc...And I stumbled upon someone elses letter to them (not the template available here, but very similiar)

It started....Dear Andrew Bartle....Although I wrote his name on top of the letter with their address, I left the standard "Dear Interloper" on both of my letters.

Is this okay? I guess that Andy/kevins name was on the top of the letter anyway, it should be fine?

Also, what do you think about getting James John Cornell/Richard Davies -Other Directors in tacit too? - It seems there's over 13 companies with the lowell propaganda wheel behind them!
