Yeah, it's definitely short/blunt. Like their automated phone messages (which I have now blocked; I don't accept text calls, which anyone with BT can set up).

hi, sorry to butt in. what name are people using for contacting metropolitan? the letter i have only has a signature with metroplitan collection services ltd underneath it.

I nicknemed them Neopolitan cos like the Ice-cream they melt and run when the temperature rises, the colours and flavours mix in the same way as their letters/pleas.
Chin up, Stick with the letters, don't try to re-invent the wheel.

either the name on the letter sent to you or the ceo do a little check and you will find this or if its a debt collector or solicitor
