I am just about to bill HSBC (using the Invoice template, changing Invoice to Bill), do I charge them the amount calculated in Standard Letter 3 (£4,285.20) + £1,000/hour of my time, and £1,000 for the recorded delivery? This is for HSBC breaking the Tacit Agreement and passing my information to METROPOLITAN. Do I bill them for the un-rebutted agreement yet? I am also going to be sending the Estoppel Notice to HSBC.

Any advice?

Attached is METROPOLITAN's response to Standard Letter 2. I assume that I continue to send Standard Letter 3 when 10 days is up as they have not addressed any of the issues raised in the previous letters... Funny how they can just knock 30% off the debt!?!

If they have not sent you what you asked for then send letter three on the due date.
They have probably purchased the debt at a fraction of the cost from the original alleged lender, they are trying to get you to pay them by way of their 30% discount offer.
