And of course, if you haven't heard from JB Debt Recoveries after 14 days I'm sure that you will get on the phone immediately to Metropolitan and tell them JB haven't contacted you
I'm still waiting for a response from Metropolitan 8-)

Since the previous letter from METROPOLITAN, dated 12 May 2012, I hadn't heard anything from them or JB Debt Recovery (over a month) despite them saying that I will hear within 14 days from JBDR... However, my wife answered a call on 19/06 and it was JBDR (she told them that I was not in), and I have received another call tonight (21/06) from 08716649080, which I missed so got an automated message asking me to call them back urgently (they didn't leave any info other than the number and a reference number, I had to look up the number to see who it was that had called me).

I don't know what they think they are going to achieve by keep calling me, I am only going to quote the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 when I do get to speak to them, but they haven't even sent me anything in writing. So, it isn't going to change anything.

Are JBDR the hardcore mercenaries who will keep harassing me? Their website is filled with propaganda to suggest so... But like I say, it isn't going to change anything!

I am going to be changing address soon, do I inform any of JBDR, DG, METROPOLITAN, and HSBC of this given the circumstances?

The only correspondence I am receiving at the moment is from JBDR who phone me occasionally but seem unable to send me anything in writing despite my requests (as obviously I am not divulging ANY of my financial and/or personal details over the telephone).

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
