what does this mean and how do i sign it?

also the three witnesses - can they be anyone?

And the 3 witnesses can be anyone except family members, and anyone that has no criminal convictions.

signature in that it reads NAME:NAME - not actual ink signature like i normally sign?

also what does the seal bit mean? wax seal?

the witness bit just has a place to sign but no place for the printed name etc - is it ok therefore to just get people to sign it simply with their sig and not to have to print name and address etc

sorry - never done this before with the c and tm letters.

Yes your normal signature.

I only got my witnesses to sign and date, no need to print their name i think
