Satander bank joint overdraft

Sent letter 3 copyright out around 10/04/12 to Satander. As with my other post in credit card section all gone quiet since I sent letter 1, but as i've said I know they will try anything so I wont hold my breath.Will keep everyone informed as to how my experience goes with this particular bank. Thanks for all the support so far especially ceylon.The unauthorised overdraft of £97 is now at £303 with interest charges etc, now thats criminal.Any how keep you informed how it goes either way till conclusion.

Send the Bill to the C.E.O. with a copy to who ever you have heard from as well, the C.E.O. was the person addressed in 1st letter so all to him (and copies to the other person) is what I do. Once sent do NOT get into any ping pong letter writing with them & after 30 days send estoppel.

They can send you a so called copy of an agreement but that is not what you have requested in your letters therefore they have not complied with your request, you see the difference??
