Hi all, has any body had any dealing with C.A.R.S
I really had a letter from these guys, I am/was paying them monthly before findng this site , I asked for a balance and I got a letter with not only the balance but a threat to call them within 72 hours or they will have no alternative but to place my account with their legal departments....bearing in mind I only asked for a balance and have paid regularly, I have been reading and researching before I make any move....Any thoughts ?

Might give us more info you got on them i.e. address - letter heading etc??

Got it: - C.A.R.S. (Creditlink Account Recovery), Debt collection company -p- send 3 letters systen to them, if you google the name you can see they are just that.

Also, I am not sure what to write at the end of the letter ie: BY: SIGNATURE THEN DO i ACTUALLY WRITE by ? AND THEN by: SOVEREIGN OF THE FAMILY.... ANY HELP APPRECIATED .

I just sign usually, not the family bit, but maybe some people do, cannot see if there would be a problem there/
