Enforcement notice

Postby Piotr63 » Tue Jun 12, 2012 9:16 pm

Hello Everyone,

After receiving NOTICE OF REMOVAL from bailiffs company called JBW in April 26 I have sent them the letter of DENIAL OF ACCESS. Today 12.06.12 I received ENFORCEMENT NOTICE (see attachment).

I would be very grateful for any advice what my next step should be and what can I expect from the bailiff. Shall I sell my car? :)

Hi ! It,s not unusual for these knobs to continue their letter writing, have you placed the notice (you will find it on here) at the end of your path or front door too by the way. There is no need to sell your car (really) in my view, you can simply 'sell' it to a partner or friend for a £1.00 if you choose to if you are worried about it. Read the bailiff info on here and get yourself 'knowledged up' it,s surprising how empowered you will feel and actually become. Be firm with them 'if' they call, lock your doors and windows at every opportunity. Don,t answer the door to them, speak through window etc...you will find all this stuff available, there is also a vid (or was) here which 'acts' the scenario out..take a look...if bailiffs are your main concern, 'gen-up' so you know as much as them...after a bit of swatting you'll probably know more than them...I could give you more info on how to deal with the tossers, but I can,t stress enough, you owe it to yourself to research it (that way it,s not second hand info either)....hopefully others will post too, part of dealing with the stresses these tossers want to apply to you is to know you are not alone and I hope someone else offers their views too. good luck, I hope you feel stronger after you've done a bit of research.

I presume you never rebutted the PCN, therefore allowing them to make a judgement against you in their unlawful, unconstitutional administrative courts ?
Their rules actually stem from either Magna Carter or Decleration of rights 1688 (cant remember which one off hand), which says they are not allowed to take tools of the trade. This includes transport to work. So if you use your car for work, unless it is worth more than £1000-£1500, they are not supposed to take this. Even if you dont, they obviously have to prove different.
And remember, only a legit county court appointed bailiff can seize goods so if you have no judgement against you then you know they are full of hot air. And their warrant has to be signed by a man/woman. As advised above do the research and watch a few bailiff situations posted on youtube maybe. If you get your confidence up then more the better and less likely you can be intimidated by anyone

if you have a drive they cant step foot on it if not put a notice in your car telling them anything left on or attached to your private conveyonce will be deemed abandoned and dealt with as seen fit plus if your confident call him up and tell him listen to this

excellent...thankyou ceylon, i picked up some stuff myself and I (humbly) consider myself informed on bailiffs, we contstantly live and learn and thats what i genuinely appreciate in this site....I despise them, and wish I could be at the assiatnce of all folk who suffer, but your work and the general sharing serves to ensure that people educate themselves...thanks again!

Dear marco, Englishman and ceylon,
Thank you very much for your valuable advices they are definitely building my confidence. After the last ENFORCEMENT NOTICE (delivered by hand) which I ignored I received (by post) another NOTICE OF REMOVAL. In reply I am going to send them once again letter of DENIAL OF ACCESS… will see what happen next?

Ps. We appealed against PCN but unfortunately our appeal was unsuccessful. I stopped my van to buy the building materials in the bay which was marked for loading and unloading for 20 minutes only. I spent about 10minutes in the shop and I received a ticket. As an explanation I have been told that my van was observed by TRAFFIC and ENFORCEMENT OFFICER over 5minutes and during that time none of ‘loading or unloading activities took place’. I even sent them the copies of invoices which clearly show I didn’t exceed 20min stopping restriction time. That’s what makes my blood boil. It’s not about money. It’s about a little bit of justice.

MMMM anyone else notice the mobile number on that letter, just imagine some tele marketing company or PPI company or the like got hold of that number and email address and name, how annoying would that be for them having all those calls??????

Hello everyone,
In replay to my DENIAL OF ACCESS JBW has send me a letter and and a copy of the WARRANT of EXECUTION. The warrant has no court stamp, no signature, so (thanks to you guys) I assume it is worthless piece of paper. Any suggestions how should I replay to them? Many Thanks
