response to letter 1...new dca

Hi,

I was trying to find the thread where I read what to do about this but couldn't, so sorry for being redundant. I received a response to letter 1 today, I sent letter 2 on the 18th, they received it the 19th, and this new letter is dated the 19th. The first contact was from Transcom, but now this 2nd response says it's Newman Debt Collection Agency...but signed faithfully, Transcom. If I remember reading, the advice was to send letter 3 to both company's at the same address right? Interesting, they've given me a lump sum settlement of £26,000 from £38,000.

Also, should I also include letter 1 of the copyright and start that process as well? I didn't realise it was for debts over £10K...there seems to be some negative posts about the copyright...is it still recommended to do so?
