Got a letter this morning saying capquest have returned all correspondence back to natwest
What will this mean?

Hello,
3 months on and still not heard a peep from natwest or anyone else?
Could I send a letter to credit expert to ask for my credit score to be sorted out?
Has anyone got a template?
