I have had the same thing from Court Clearing Bulk Centre, Northampton, so I sent the form back with a letter saying that there is nothing for the courts to deal with as I have said that I would be happy to pay upon proof of the debt with DG Solictitors which they failed to provide. I sent them the 3 Common Law Copyright letters, recorded delivery and printed off the signed forms from the post office track and trace website and there reply after letter 1 was blah blah and "Whilst we note the points that you make in your letter, our client is under no obligation to provide the information requested and as such, your continued requests for the same will not be considered any further".
So keep your pecka up
Cath

Hello again

I received two letters from GPB Sols before they received my final tacit letter. I have attached copies. Do they mean anything or just jargon? I intend to do estoppel should I get anymore from now on.

Thank you

Michaela

Hello again

So sorry but things on going with Northampton Bulk. I have been away for two weeks on holiday and when I was away I recieved a letter from Northampton CCBC.
It is an allocation questionnaire (small claims track).
Due to being away I have missed the deadline for returning the paperwork.

I also received a copy of the questionnaire from GPB Sols.

I have a stay period of one month for defense and to negotiate or the claim will be transferred to my local County Court, where it will be listed for hearing.

Please advise as this sounds like it is escalating and I really do not know what to do now.

Many thanks

Michaela

Thank you for your response. I will read thoroughly and act accordingly. Little bit concerned as never thought this would get to court, is it an empty threat or is this real?

Many thanks
