Ok so apparantly you have been led to belive you owe X amount of pounds and now there taking you to COURT.
They are trying to get Jugdement (CCJ) then if you owe your own a charge on your house etc..
What happens when the papers come and you simple send it back with Addressee Not Regonised, Return To Sender.?
And send that court paper back.

I belive this does a few things:
1- Stops them claiming against you thur the Court for that sum.
2- Stops them getting any of the claim amount period.
