If you are having difficulty viewing the file. I suggest you make sure that you have flash plugins enabled. In addition I recommend using Firefox web browser for a safer browsing experience in case you are using Internet Exploder/Explorer.
unfortunatly i cant download the flash player, i suspect its because my pc is so old. im looking around for a new one but until then some vids are unviewable. ill try youtube
Well if your pc is 5 or 6 years old I suggest you try using Ubuntu.
I have an old Asus laptop that I bought about 6 years ago (which is a dinosaur in computer technology terms) been using ubuntu 10.04 long term support. I had major problems with my laptop after Windows XP (eXtra Problems) service pack 3 which totally hijacked and slowed my laptop to an absolute crawl.
Been using ubuntu for nearly 3 years.
If you have a gig of ram or more. Try Ubuntu you can also use a live cd version of it, which will let you sample ubuntu without touching your hard drive as it will run only in ram.
The only thing you have to know is if your pc is intel or amd cpu architecture.
please note the desktop versions will also work on a laptop.
Furthermore do not upgrade to any higher versions eg 10.10, 11.04, 11.10 and 12.04 lts as the user interface is very unintuitive (tablet style as opposed to traditional pc desktop style) keep to the 10.04 long term support version or try DEBIAN.
click on whichever applies. Burn the iso to disc (a blank cd or dvd will suffice and try the live version) Boot disc and follow on screen instructions for live cd method.
(sorry to go off on a tech tangent)
