I figured out that I didn't need to send their invoice back, and where to put the personal & confedential.......but.....

I sent it out certified return receipt.

How bad is this mistake?

I sent it certified and return receipt. Doesn't that let me know they received it....they have to sign for it. Should I resend it registered?

Hi,

I received the receipts saying that the letters were received by both parties, the CEO and the collections, I called them and used their voice system. It says the money is still owed, but I don't know if that really matters in this case.

Anyway, I'm going to send out the next letter, #2. I'm not sure what date to send it on. I sent the 1st one on May 15, 2012, so do I send #2 on May 25 or 10 days from the date they received it? However, I don't know the exact date they received it on, since I can't make out the scribbled name or date on the receipt. I received their acknowledgement on May 21, 2012, so do I sent #2 on May 31 which is 10 days from when I received the receipt? Also, do weekend days count in this?

Thank you
Llyynn

I have paid over a third on my agreement, I requested a settlement figure which they sent and I paid it with a prom note, they returned my prom note saying they don't accept them when their memorandum of Incorporation quite clearly states that they do. Also, of the 3 copies of the original agreement that they sent to me at my request, their signaute is not present and the agreement quite clearly states that the agreement is not binding unless signed by both parties. I signed in October 2010, they know they're f**ked. They sacked their compliance manager over this as he was the one that returned my prom note with a letter. I feel no guilt.

Hi there, In order not to get trapped into this agreement with the financial institutions. How can I purchase a car with just my signature, with the knowledge of the HJR and bills of exchange acts in my country? I have heard that some write customer purchase on the top of the purchase order and signed it and used SSN/SIN. Is this really possible?

Regards
