AA Finance agreement

Postby blueskies911 » Thu Mar 01, 2012 3:01 pm

Hi I am new here and i think i am in the right forum regards unsecured finance agreements.

I want to know where i stand please help!!

I have an AA loan which is unsecured. I have been advised by them that the car is not tied to the loan.
Loan was taken out June 2008 over 7 years
i have made 42 payments and have 42 left.
Although i am at half way point i cannot simply return the car and end the agreement.
I have lost my job and cannot repay. If i sell the car i will not be able to get the value and pay off the loan.
So should i start the process of the letters as per the credit cards?

Hope you can help please reply to my personal email if possible as i may not be able to logon but get email via phone.

Thank you and keep up the great work.!!

They have no right to the vehicle because you have a personel loan not a hp agreement.Max term for hp agreement would be five years! So keep the car,if they have a marker on the hpi report you can have it removed and gain full title. They have NO right to have put a finance marker on YOUR car and you should treat this agreement as what it is a loan.I can help you with this if you require?

Hi thank you for the responses.
I have subscribed to this website and have the process i need to follow.
I intend to start this as soon as i copyright my name.
I am aware they may try a charge order on my home mortgage but will handle it a little later in terms of defending against it.

Yes i would like some help to move through the process Andrew. Thank you.
Powerdemon sorry I cant open the link you gave me. Thank you.

The link should be working, it works for me, maybe give it a couple of tries to see if it loads.

blueskies...first thing you need to know is whats showing on the hpiamail me your reg no and i will do this for you
i will then email your next step dependant on what that says ().If you then intend to go through the trademark/copyright process you should then treat this as a personel unsecured loan

regards

andy

As I thought your finance agreement is a personal loan.I have HPI'd your car and nothing is showing, indeed your car is HPI clear. So you treat your agreement as what it is,your car is free for you to do with what you like !!!

Regards and allthe best
