Here we go.
I have a HP agreement with a overpriced high street shop (I think we all know who I'm talking about) the problem is, is the agreement/product we have on paper is not the actuall product we have in the house, basicly we signed for an item and it didn't suit our requirements and exchanged it for a different product and the paper work was not updated.
Plus they said the DLC was a legal requirement and OPTIONAL SERVICE COVER,well,wasn't optional, basicly forced upon us.
Any ideas anyone????
