hp agreement

Hi everyone
Here we go.
I have a HP agreement with a overpriced high street shop (I think we all know who I'm talking about) the problem is, is the agreement/product we have on paper is not the actuall product we have in the house, basicly we signed for an item and it didn't suit our requirements and exchanged it for a different product and the paper work was not updated.
Plus they said the DLC was a legal requirement and OPTIONAL SERVICE COVER,well,wasn't optional, basicly forced upon us.
Any ideas anyone????

So what are you asking? you want to stop paying it or are they trying to get money off you or what?

I looked over the HP act 19 something and it doesn't state that its a legal requirement as far as the DLC.
And im asking would this be a case of fraud on there behalf,with us exchanging the product for a different one and the paper work / agreement has not been altered. As I see it, we are paying them for something we ain't got.I only spotted the mistake today we have been paying for it for months I just wanna make these scumbags squirm and then tell to go and get stuffed lol
