Why spoil such a good story by telling the truth (Mis-spelled word) haha.I think I put ... together in there somewhere so haha. So I can add or take out later, just another way to accumulate chargeable time lol. I must stop thinking like a Banker

i was right at the top for spelling in junior school. The word stationery comes from latin i believe,so, it may have some other meaning.

What does stationery mean?

ITS A KIND OF PAPER STATIONERY MEAN paper cut to an appropriate size for writing letters; usually with matching envelopes

I am guessing that this has something to do with The Postmaster.

Practical Lawful Rebellion: Utility Companies Part 2

watching an earlier presentation by Dave Murphy on dealing with utilities-a talk in Southend. He mentioned
"OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE"
"If the offerer proffers property and services and the offeree having a reasonable opportunity to return or refuse excercises any ownership or rights over the property or keeps the benefits of any service then the offer is accepted"
Contract Law-Brian Glum

So, going by that, they give you the meters and by not refusing them you accept the offer of the service-in this case METERED GAS AND ELECTRICITY. Then they offer you a new metered service (pay as you go prepayment meter) response is you refuse, so, you haven't accepted it. They have to give you the chance to refuse or accept.

In my previous address they installed a new electric meter-i never refused, so, i accepted it. They made an appointment to make the installation. The point is, they can't force anything onto you.

"The fact they have not returned the Promissory note, The covering letter and anything else you have sent them means that for now they have accepted your money order-A4V.
If they did not accept the terms they should have returned the Promissory note. However give them time, these big companies do take a bit of time to spin up and become intelligible. I am sure you would put a closing date offer on the A4V I.e failure to return this promissory note intact and unmarked within 10 (Ten) Days from the date of receipt will deem the A4v is accepted as full payment. I am not that familiar with A4V but I am now looking at it more closely."

It appears they have accepted the Prom Note and remittance BGC as they have not returned them and cashed them. They keep sending bills in the hope that i re-send the prom note/remittance and they get to monetise them. So, i will A4V them again. They are wasting my time as i have already paid.

The template letter I got from Ceylon doesn't give them a time frame to return the promissory note and BGC. But as I understand it, they might return the prom note but they will never return the giro slip.

When i send the prom note again, maybe this time not bother giving them £10 admin credit?
