United Utilities

Postby linzimac76 » Sat Feb 25, 2012 1:16 pm

Hi

Thought I would be the first to post in here!
Ok so I am having money difficulties (as is everyone) and really struggling to pay for all my bills. I have just cancelled my U.U direct debit for £40 as I simply can not afford to pay it anymore.
Just wondering....does anyone know what happens when you don't pay them and are there ways to deal with them like other debts?? I live in local authority housing so I know they cannot come and fit me a water meter as they are not allowed.

Any help appreciated xxx

Well you can stop paying and send the bills "RETURN TO SENDER NAME NOT RECOGNIZED"
No name no claim they will assume that property is vacant therefore when new bill comes (Dear Occupier) don't contract with them.
Its my opinion, its your choice mate

ceylon - very interested in a4v & have i think had some limited success - but would be interested in your method - i have used winston shrout's method & guy euden's - do you use either of those or do you have another method you could recommend?
