Ok. From what I was told, it's not legally enforcible if it's not signed by notary public. But I suppose we don't need it to be legally enforcible, just lawfully?

I have just cancelled my DD for my water bills and they have sent me a 'payment book' with the credit slips in. I want to go through the process that you have described and seem to remember seeing a video telling you step by step of how to do it. But now, i can't find it! Would it be possible to put a link up of that vid and also could I have a template of the covering letter and promissory note if you have one. . .

Oh I'm sorry, I have just seen the video in the 'video' section of this forum (knew I saw it somewhere). . .Do you have a template at all that I could have for a promissory note and a covering letter (I just wouldn't know where to start really),

Why then does it dost me £8 a month for stuff with fluoride poison in?

I'm moving to Africa, it's cheaper and the water is cleaner lol
