Who,where do i send STDN & Notice of discharge claim form?

Hi,can anyone help? I have had a claim from Watford county court and am going to do an SDTN with a soliciter,and send along with the 'Notice of discharge' claim form as advised on the main site, but i'm slightly confused who this should be addressed to!! Do i send it to the County court bulk centre in Northampton as per the form? Should it be addressed to Elizabeth Harrison? Who is she? On the bulk centre website there is no Elizabeth Harrison! It states on their site that 'Ken Fraser' is the Court manager, should i address it to him instead at the Northampton address? Or do i send it to Watford? And if so for who's attention?Any help would be appreciated.

I would send it to both Watford and Northampton and to both people, a pain but it covers you fully.
