i have been doing a fair bit of searching today and found quite a number of cases that have been won in court especially against capitol 1 1 amount was 17 thousand
most debt collecters pray you wont fight them back in court because they cant come up with the docs to prove the claim
its all about knowing the court system and how to answer the papers in your defensive before you appear
i have come accross so much info on this site and other sites to aqquire the info i need so its about learning how to put it together right and giving it a go
this site is a guide of valuable info but u as a living being r the only one that can make the win possible
dont give up
and outsmart them at a game they r not very smart at they only use bullying and bluffing to try get results
