You can also change the time limit on your letters to 7 days if you want

Some interesting posts have dealt with two using the three letters but future banisters and dca,s may get the return to sender info. They caught me with a ccj by sending court summons to an address that was not mine so unable to return or defend

Thanks Wishy ("who wa she wi', wa she wi' ersen?"............say it fast )

Think I just had a lightbulb moment, so if you get them in tacit agreement, ie through the three letter route, theres no credit blacklisting? But if I just do one and return all their letters I would be blacklisted?

I,m thinking not to get into the credit game again but that could be an issue if I needed to rent a house again as they do a credit check, not bothered for anything else.
I had been looking at credit unions as thought there might be something like that for a current account? Nearest Ive come up with is Coventry Building Soc, not a co-operative exactly but next best thing?

Thanks again, so amazing to have support :)

They've got to get you in default first before they can do any thing,if the defaults returned,no blacklist and no court.
Got a notice of assignment friday with a notice of fair process, which says that they can do data checks on me,if i agree.
Its dated 13 days ago,so tomorrow its classed as served, because i have'nt returned it yet (sneaky bastards)
So i think i'll return it monday with "return to sender, not known at this address since dec 2010" (back to the beginning you fucks)
And as far as CCJ's go you could add yourself an extra middle name by deedpole, change your clean bank account accordingly and have a nice fresh credit rating   simplicity

Does this work with Court forms. Just got a letter about counterclaim fee of £1670 payable to local court or it's stuck out from NBBC. I want to RTS addressee unknown to NBBC.

a friend of mine has gone to the post office and said he will be moving around so has no address, so he goes to the post office to collect his mail if he sees some he don’t want he leaves it and the post office return it as undeliverable

Yes that would work. I know someone who worked for the Royal mail. If you can't deliver it, it gets returned or destroyed if no return address.

Returned letters are assumed in Law not to have been served - Wishy

If the defendant's copy of your claim form and the response pack are returned to the court the court will send you Form N216 (notice of returned document). The claim form will nevertheless be treated as having been served if the address of the defendant given on the claim form is the correct address as required by the court rules (the civil procedure rules ). That might be, for example, the usual or last known residence of the defendant

There seems to be some contradiction here; i know it has been covered else where on the forum, but needs to be clarified so the information is consistant.

OR IF YOUR ON THE ELECTORAL ROLE, N216 is the bailiff non service form which they then return to claimant. Its worth a look.
you have to think logically though about doing this as nothing is fool proof.
If your advertised in a public place they know your taking the piss.
Plus what they seem to be doing is ignoring the court rule or serving CCJ's on last known addresses waiting for some silly sausage to say five years down the line "how comes i've got a CCJ when i was'nt there?" to which they will reply "ok we'll squash that one but heres another one now we know where you are"
Like i say, dont do this if you have a house.
I'm toying with sending letters from various C/O addresses and not replying to the one's that come to mine.
FUCK ME light bulb moment  how's about finding an empty re-possessed house and screwing your own lockable post box to the front gate and using that address   and answering all their letters for a bit then start returning them
Infact tell the bank you've moved there before you stop paying
sorry nearly pissed mi sen then
