Most of Mine have been quiet for a year now, just the skillstrain/Scheiddeggar/Barclays Partner finance one for £609.23p has been ongoing, however a result to that one has also been posted on this site under success stories.

Hi all,

Just wanted to formally introduce myself to the forum and publicly say thanks to Jon, Ceylon and all the other contributors for everything they are doing on this site and for creating awareness about the issues it deals with.

I am about to dip my toe into the water with a traffic light offence charge and some other stuff, I thought I should maybe use the opportunity to send a notice of intent to the court and let them know I will not accept any implied contracts which reduce my rights. Not sure yet, but I will post for feedback if I do.

Apologies if the answer to this has been posted, but I've seen conflicting advise about whether the date on the top left of the copyright doc, should now be my 18th birth date. Can someone confirm whether that is correct and also I think I understand that the date under the stamp should be the date I created the copyright doc, is this right or should this also now be my 18th birth date? Sorry if there's already a definitive answer out there, but I may have missed it.

ok just a quick update, 2 fraudsters now have estoppels, the rest all have had 3 letters and some bills.

Got a nice letter from Barclays today, not specific to any of my alleged accounts just asking me to call them, sent them a nice letter in response stating i am dealing with their CEO's and there is no need to get involved as everything has been dealt with but if they do, i will do them for harassment.

Also got a call of Barclays today, love it when they call. I always ask them to tell me exactly which department they are calling from before i deny or confirm if it is MR XXXX they are talking to. Unfortunately for them they cannot tell me this unless i go through their security, Obviously i will not do that until i know who they are after all they called me, round and round we go for a bit with that one.

Although the funny thing is they are still happy to assume i am Mr XXXX as they keep referring to me as this through the conversation, but not happy enough to assume this when i ask them who they are?

They also keep saying that i should go into my local branch, i asked why, how do you know i have an account with Barclays? i could be anyone you don't know who it is you are talking to yet I may of just found this phone, do you just go round asking random people to go into their local Barclays branch, surely this will cause a problem?

The conversation ended with them saying they will put a note on my file, so the conversation starts again, what file how do you know i have a file you don't know who i am still????

With reference to what john said in his videos, that was a 5 - 6 min conversation which meant they were not harassing someone else who may not be awakened to this scam whilst i was pissing around with them.

DONT BE AFRAID, TAKE THE CALL AND STALL THEIR DAY AND HELP KEEP THEM OFF THE BACKS OF LESSS FORTUNATE PEOPLE THAN US WHO HAVE NOT FOUND THEIR WAY YET.

Oh dear, I have just read your latest post Chris10 and well... sob... I feel so sad... sob...cause... I don't get any phone calls anymore.. boo hoo. Ohhh the fun I used to have in the earlier days... waaaaahhhhhh!!!!

Seriously, nice one mate. Isn't it fun playing the monopoly game. I'm still waiting 6 weeks later to hear from solicitor, maybe I should have phoned them cause DC told me if I didn't hear from their instructed solicitor within 14 days to phone them. ho hum lol.

September is only around the corner!!!

Hi All

Just a quick update in general with my game, Pretty quiet if i am honest, apart from Barclays calling me everyday to have the same chat regarding not going through their security questions until they answer mine and them ending the call in stalemate. Sometimes they pretend to be Mercers to which i remind them they are a dormant company and will be reporting them to HMRC. but these calls generally end the same way, them getting irate with me and terminating the call.

A few odd letters here and there, statements etc, a couple of the alleged debts have been sold on to DC;s one of which bailed out after 1st letter, the other just sending standard replies to my letters.

No phone calls of anyone other than barclays, no doorstep visits, (denial of access always sent with 1st letter) no one has paid me their Bills yet, i am owed about 20 million at the moment between them all and rising, nice little nest egg.

Will keep in touch, as always thanks to everyone who has been helping with my game and big thanks to Ceylon, how you find the time to personally reply to everyones posts?
